Shipping Locations we currently ship to:

Canada (all provinces and territories)
United States
We're working on expanding to additional international markets soon!

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that some items may ship directly from our supplier partners, which may affect processing times.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Canada (Domestic): Standard shipping - 3-7 business days
United States: Standard International shipping - 5-10 business days
All shipments include tracking numbers so you can monitor your order's journey.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Multi-Location Fulfillment To get your pet supplies to you as quickly as possible, orders may be fulfilled from different locations including our facility in British Columbia and our trusted supplier partners.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.

International Orders (US Customers)

Customs duties and import taxes may apply to US orders
These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
Your package may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can add to delivery time.
